Why we built this

Your signals lived in Slack. Your pipeline lives in HubSpot. Every time a buying signal fired, someone had to context-switch — open the CRM, find the account, decide what to do. We needed signals to show up where the work actually happens.

What changed

HubSpot integration

Your buying signals now flow directly into HubSpot. When someone at a CRM account researches your team on LinkedIn, Mavin creates a task on that account. If a rep is assigned, they get notified — it shows up in their queue, ready to act on.

What this means for you:

  • No context switching — signals arrive as tasks in HubSpot, not just Slack notifications
  • Task on the account — anyone working that account sees the signal immediately
  • 30-second setup — click "Connect HubSpot" from the Integrations section in your Slack menu

CRM signals

A new signal type. By default, the HubSpot integration covers every account in your CRM — anytime anyone from one of those accounts researches anyone on your team, you'll know.

What this means for you:

  • Full CRM coverage out of the box — no configuration required to start seeing signals from your existing accounts
  • Noise controls — if it's too broad, build a target account list in Mavin or tell Mavin to only look at certain segments within HubSpot

Prospect intelligence briefs

Every signal now comes with a prospect intelligence brief — the prep the greatest SDR produces for you two minutes before a call. It's designed as the input for any communication: use it to write a thoughtful outreach or feed it into whatever channel you're working.

What this means for you:

  • Why they're in your queue — the signal that triggered it and why it matters
  • What they own — scope, budget authority, and decision-making role
  • How to talk to them — career context and conversation angles
  • Their company — what they do, their stage, what they're solving right now

Slack improvements

  • Action buttons on every signal — Open in CRM, See Warm Path, and View Intelligence right from the notification
  • Cleaner menu — reorganized and easier to navigate
  • Edit filter plans anytime — no longer locked to setup
