• Account & Contact Information: When you authorize Slack, we may collect your name, email address, and Slack workspace details. If you invite team members, we may also collect their names and emails.
• LinkedIn Data (via PhantomBuster): With your explicit authorization, we collect and store your LinkedIn cookie and user agent string to enable PhantomBuster to access LinkedIn on your behalf. We also collect information about your profile viewers and enrich those profiles with publicly available or third-party data (such as job title, company, or email addresses).
• Website Data: If you connect your company's website, we may process website content to generate an ideal customer profile (ICP) using AI/ML.
• Payment Information: If you subscribe to our Service, we collect billing details. All payment information is processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.
• Usage Information: We may collect data about how you interact with our Service, including log files, feature usage, and technical diagnostics.
• Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, improve performance, and analyze usage.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Slack: To authorize your account and enable collaboration within your Slack workspace.
• LinkedIn & PhantomBuster: To access and enrich profile viewer data at your request. This includes sharing your LinkedIn cookie and user agent string, which you authorize us to collect.
• Stripe: For payment processing.
• OpenAI: For AI/ML processing (e.g., analyzing your website or generating ICP insights).
• Service Providers: We use vendors such as Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Railway & Inngest (infrastructure), and Clerk (authentication) to operate our platform.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

We do not share or sell user data to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Storage & Security

We store data securely using third-party providers (Supabase, Vercel, Railway, etc.). While no system is completely secure, we use industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

If you are a registered user, you may:

• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.
